Access to p7i is available where local law permits. If use of our platform is lawful in your state or union territory, these Terms govern your account in full, including all UPI and Paytm deposit activity.

We retain your data for the period mandated by applicable law after account closure. You may request a summary of the data we hold at any point by contacting our policy inbox, and we will respond within five business days.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make a material change, we will send a notification to the email address on your account at least seven days before the revised Terms take effect.

The Payments section of these Terms sets out transaction limits, processing timelines, and reversal conditions for all deposit methods, including UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe. Deposits that breach these conditions may be returned or held for review.

You may raise a formal dispute using the form in your account dashboard. We are obliged under these Terms to acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a final written decision within 14 calendar days.

Send a written request to our policy email with your account ID and the specific data you want corrected or removed. We will confirm receipt and act within the timeframe required by the applicable data-protection framework.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which p7i operates, as stated in the governing-law clause of the full agreement. Where local law applies additional protections, those protections are not excluded by these Terms.
